5. Shearing device

11.Servo motor cutting technology
Servo drive shear is refers to through the servo motor and servo control system, combined with the corresponding mechanical device, driver complete controllable punch and shears in the production line. This technology greatly solve the pneumatic drive shears, hydraulic drive to produce noise pollution, hydraulic pollution and system maintenance complicated an so on defects; It achieve incomparable shear efficiency compare with pneumatic shear; Combined with bus control technology, the system controllability and maintainability are improved. 12. Automatic discharge (Receive) device
Use roller transmission between two cutter, upper roller adopt pneumatic go up and down, cooperate with shearing need to start automatically, each group of rollers use high-speed AC motor drive alone, total of 3 groups, realize high speed feeding. Conveyor belt discharging platform, material type automatic discharging can be divided after shearing.
13.Product feature:
i. This production line is automatic shearing, special equipment for processing transformer core sheet.
ii. This production line is made up of AC servo system with high precision fixed-length feeding and PLC module, ensure that the shearing accuracy; Highest feeding speed is 2000 mm/s, the braking time is less than 100 ms.
iii. Using the intuitive man-machine interface language, operator through keyboard can easily finish sheet type selection, parameter modification and so on operations, modify the machine tool coordinate values, view the history production record, etc.

14. Pneumatic system
