I.Brief introductionERW165 high frequency longitudinal welded pipe production line / pipe making machine / tube forming machine is designed to produce welded pipes of 76mm-165mm in OD and 2.0mm-6.0mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square and rectangle tube.
The plain technical flow of the production line
Uncoiling- Shear & butt welding- Accumulator- Forming - HF welding- Removing outsaide burr - Cooling(air & water) - Sizing- Cutting off(flying saw) - inspection - Packing - Warehousing
